* Salad ingredients include lettuce, dandelion greens, cucumber, sprouts, tomatoes, grated carrot, grated daikon (large Japanese white radish), bell pepper (red, green, yellow), radishes, mixed greens, red cabbage, fresh corn kernels, buckwheat greens, sunflower greens, jicama, fresh herbs like oregano, basil, marjoram, tarragon, dill etc, grated beet, endive, English garden peas, radiccio, scallions, red onions, chives, parsley, nasturtiums, rose petals.

**Raw vege sticks could include julienne carrots, zucchini, cucumber, daikon, jicama, broccoli and cauliflower florets, bell pepper strips (various colors)

(Serve any left over dressings, dips, sauces with whole grain such as brown rice, millet, buckwheat, baked or steamed potatoes, steamed veges or mix into any cooked beans or soups for a pleasant lift!)

NOTE: Please remember not to overdo sauces/dips/dressings that contain nuts or seeds which are 80-90% fat - just use enough to flavor the veges, grains, fruits - don't drown your foods in sauces!
